Research and identify emerging market and design trends relevant to our product categories.

Conceptualise and design new products or improve existing ones, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and merchandise strategy.

Develop detailed product design specifications, technical drawings, and material guidelines.

Collaborate closely with the merchandising, buying, and sourcing teams to ensure product feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely development.

Review and evaluate product samples and prototypes, making recommendations for improvements.

Liaise with local and international suppliers or manufacturers to ensure product quality and compliance with design requirements.

Support the merchandise team in range planning and seasonal product launches.

Relevant qualification in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in product design or product development within a retail or manufacturing environment.

Strong creative, visual, and conceptual design skills.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD programs.

Good understanding of materials, production processes, and quality standards.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
