SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Product Manager – with knowledge on these products; Laser Distance sensors, Lidar sensors, Ultrasonic and Radar distance and displacement measurement, RFID, barcode scanners, vision sensors and systems, profiling and track and trace systems

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

 

• Achieving Net sale and OE budgets for the relevant GBC

• Achieve and improve Group CB2 Margin

• Product Management of assigned Products including Product definition & Proposal, Product Classification, Life cycle & Phase-out management

• Monitor & identify market trends & needs and formulate & drive Strategic actions to develop innovative solutions for the company market.

• Support  in Marketing & Sales of GBC''s Products through Product training, joint customer visits & knowledge transfer

• Lead and Influence  in the successful marketing and sales of assigned Product Families

• Responsible for defining Product Pricing and Special Transfer Pricing in consultation

• Support  Sales Finance team in Sales planning processes (Budget, Forecast, mid-term planning, etc.) according to the defined standards of the company.

• Ensure implementation of PM''s processes and standard in compliance to company AG''s standard

• Support Customer''s complaint resolution with relevant departments.

• Support sales budgeting & forecast for assigned Product Families and Subsidiaries

• Establish company as a key solutions provider

• Identify customer requirements and specify the appropriate products and solutions

• Coordinate cross-divisional technical high level applications and product specifications in conjunction with the relevant Product Managers

• Continuous self-development with regard to product, systems and solutions knowledge via company online tools (SIA portal)

• Develop the IKAM and KAM and EPC network

• Establish new buying customers, maintain existing relationships with customers, and build sustainable long term relationships

• Develop and implement a dynamic sales plan strategy in line with your allocated budget.

• Responsible for CRM update of information for lead and opportunity management

• Provide exceptional service at all times putting the customer first

• Enter into customer negotiations 

• Engage and negotiate with customers for large business opportunities

• Reaching sales targets and gross profit margins

• Provide market intelligence concerning market size, potential, competitors and product trends

• Attend local and international product training when requested

 

 

Education:  Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant experience
  • Instrumentation, Automation, Robotics, Electrical or equivalent

 

Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • Product Management experience an added advantage
  • Sales or business development experience
