Product Manager Cloud

SUMMARY:
Specialist ERP with over 40 years’ experience operating as a global industry specialist in the manufacturing arena is looking for an experienced hands-on individual with extensive Cloud knowledge to join their team as the Product Manager of the organization’s Cloud offering. This person will become the Subject Matter Expert of the Cloud offering.

POSITION INFO:

 
- Strategically and tactically manage the Cloud offering across its full lifecycle, from the Conceive to Retire Phase. 
- Develop and maintain the External Product strategy for Cloud.
- Undertake an analysis of the Cloud offering and ensure that the Cloud offering is competitive in the marketplace.  This will require a prioritized roll-out of the improvements.
- Lead a team of specialists to ensure that the offering achieves the objectives.
- Apply personal industry expertise and knowledge to any solution.
- Find ways to add value to the end user by developing or improving internal processes that directly affect the customer.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve the commercialization of the offering.
- Be able to understand the big picture based upon industry expertise and convert it into a series of tasks that will deliver the required output
-  Support Product Operations and the Go-To-Market Process to improve product adoption.
-  Support Product Marketing and Marketing as the SME.
-  Help educate both internal and external stakeholders on our Cloud capabilities, the value propositions, and benefits.
- Support the development of Sales Enablement Content based upon industry experience.
-  Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
-  Create Thought Leadership articles to support the Specialization narrative.
 
Requirements
- Hold a recognized manufacturing/industry relevant degree, preferably supported by a further business degree like an MBA
-  Minimum 10 years ERP industry experience, with at least 5 years recent experience in a senior Cloud role.
-  Product Management experience
-  Product management certification, or studying towards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to design and develop complex business processes
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills - Exceptional project management skills

- Ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional teams, and deliver against time-constrained projects.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
