POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have 2-5 years Product Management / Sales experience within the Consumer Electronics/ IT Industry/Retail
• Deep knowledge of the Ecommerce lifecycle from product to sale
• Knowledge of Ecommerce analytics and trends
• Channel & Retail Innovation / local market development experience

Duties Include:

• Manage Product Category Life Cycle and Support for Country
• Develop PM Strategy & Long term & Short term plan for Country Product Category / Budget, Expense Management / Product Identification, Channel Mix / Promotions & Channel to market
• Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies for new products
• Comprehensive Competitor Analysis and Action Plan
• Pricing Strategy & monthly update confirm HQ Price Policy 
• Create Local Launch Plan for all new Product Launches
• Promotion Planning & Tracking (sell-out)
• Track Forecast Sell In / Sell trough / Sell out, Market / Channel Info and actions with Online Biz Team & Sales Leads / Mkt Support Team
• Manage Sales Efficiencies [sell-in / sell-out] with Online Biz team & Sales Leads / Mkt Support Team
• Liaise weekly/monthly/quarterly with KAMS/Retail Team & Sales Leads / Mkt Support Team to address PSI & promotional activity & Retail Mkt Budgets
• Analyze all Sales data with KAMS/Retail Team & Sales Leads / Mkt Support Team & suggest new strategies for product segment(s)
• Market Sensing, analysis and requirements – strategy, channel to market, sales & profit, market & economic trends, benchmarking, competitor comparison and Price Index
• Maintain communication channels with all SSA Stakeholders & HQ GBMs

Qualifications

Must have a relevant Degree/ Diploma in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or Product Management – or related
