SUMMARY:
My client is a leading cosmetics raw ingredient importer and exporter based in the northern suburbs. They have an exciting role for a Product Manager to join their team. A tertiary scientific qualification would be required to understand the technical aspects of the products being researched and developed.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Chemical/Pharmaceutical qualification
Keen interest in sales and marketing
Comfortable calling in on various factories and laboratories and liaising with their marketing and procurement departments
Solid numerical skills with forecasting and budgeting experience
Detail orientated
Ability to manage allocated supplier product ranges and sales at customers

This role has a great split between commercial, sals, marketing, product development, building concepts in labs and travelling to clients. The ability to plan and organise social and industry related events would be a huge plus.

Salary is negotiable with some commission paid on gross profit from allocated portfolio.
