SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading organisation in the payment solutions industry, is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead a high-impact CRM consolidation and migration project. This role offers the opportunity to shape the CRM strategy, drive innovation, and ensure seamless migration while enabling data-driven business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Vision

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM consolidation and migration project.
Define objectives, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with leadership.
Assess the current CRM landscape, functionalities, and data quality.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Partner with stakeholders to capture CRM needs across business units.
Document user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Identify and prioritize critical data elements to ensure migration accuracy.

Migration Planning & Execution

Create and oversee a comprehensive CRM migration plan, including data cleansing, transformation, and loading.
Work with technical teams to execute the migration with minimal business disruption.
Monitor and manage the migration process end-to-end.

Data Governance & Quality

Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Resolve data quality issues in collaboration with data stewards.
Implement validation and monitoring processes for ongoing data integrity.

Stakeholder Communication & Management

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate training and support to drive user adoption.

Vendor Management

Manage CRM vendor relationships and performance.
Evaluate vendor proposals and recommend best-fit solutions.
Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor budgets.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Define and monitor KPIs to track project success.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement process enhancements to optimize CRM effectiveness.

Skills & Expertise Required:

Deep understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and industry trends.
Hands-on experience with multiple CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM).
Proven track record in CRM migration and consolidation projects.
Strong knowledge of data management, governance, quality, and security.
Proficiency in SQL or other data manipulation languages.
Solid grounding in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification(s) advantageous.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) are desirable.
