SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecommunications & Networking sector is seeking a Product Owner on a contract duration of 6 months.

Role Purpose

The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision and maximising business value by managing and prioritising the product backlog for data products, analytics solutions and machine learning (ML) capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders, DataCo, IT, Operating Companies (OpCos) and Agile delivery teams, the Product Owner ensures that product features are aligned with customer needs, commercial objectives and DataCo's monetisation strategy.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap and product backlog for data products and ML solutions. Prioritise backlog items based on business value, customer requirements, commercial impact and strategic objectives. Define, refine and communicate user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements. Oversee the lifecycle of data products and ML models from concept and design through to production support and continuous enhancement. Work closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness and successful sprint execution. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing product direction, clarifying requirements and accepting completed work. Collaborate with DataCo, IT, Operating Companies (OpCos) and third-party partners to ensure successful product delivery. Validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives, quality standards and customer expectations. Monitor product performance, user adoption and business outcomes, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Ensure all product releases support DataCo's commercial goals and monetisation strategy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. 5-8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within Agile environments. dologies, Scrum principles and product lifecycle management. Experience managing product backlogs, user storie Experience delivering data, analytics, artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions. Strong understanding of Agile metho s and acceptance criteria. Knowledge of data platforms, cloud technologies and digital product development is advantageous. Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or SAFe Product Owner\/Product Manager are advantageous.
