SUMMARY:
Our client, that specializes in outsourcing IT services is recruiting for a strong and strategic Product Owner to join their team. This position will be based in centurion and the successful candidate should come with 8+ yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience in the financial services industry.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Relevant degree or qualification in IT, Project Management, Business or Short Term Insurance.
8+ years’ experience in a similar field e.g., Insurance industry or Financial services.
Experience in JIRA and Agile tools.

Main responsibilities:

Acceptance criteria specification.
Mitigating the Backlog and prioritising accordingly.
Collaboration of different product owners and managers for strategic alignment.
Stakeholder engagement.
Strategic reporting on the progress of the project.
Progress measurement and feedback.
Upskilling and learning company on Agile.
Relationship building with employees, customers and stakeholders.
Websure vision development and adapting with customers.
Defining, refining and splitting user guides.
Continuous improvement within the customer pod.
Defining and delivering on the Minimal Viable Product.
Regular feedback provision.
