Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Matric (Grade 12)
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master or QA
Experience with
- researching customer experience
- user journeys, user stories, and use cases
- managing product backlog
- acting as liaison between parties involved
- end-to-end operational process flows
