POSITION INFO:

As a Product Performance Analyst, you’ll be embedded in a high-energy R&D team, supporting the development of radar-based fitness products. You’ll coordinate athlete testing, collect and manage performance data, and ensure prototype devices meet real-world demands. Expect hands-on work with sensors, fitness equipment, and internal tools to verify product accuracy and usability

You’ll be responsible for:
Recruiting testers and managing test logistics
Collecting and verifying data from prototype fitness devices
Collaborating with engineers and analysts to refine product performance
Documenting outcomes and communicating with project leads
Maintaining testing equipment and ensuring smooth operations

Skills & Experience:
Passion for fitness, health and wellness
Strong organisational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a drive for accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bonus: Experience with Garmin fitness products

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sport Science or related field
Minimum 0–1 years’ experience (graduates welcome!)
