Product Specialist

Our client who has a phenomenal footprint in the FMCG industry (specifically Foods) are hiring for their Industrial Equipment Division in JHB region.

The Product Specialist would have strong "bakery Industry " experience , 3-5 years within Product development, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering or Food Science. Good Project Management hands on experience essential along with willingness to travel both local and international. 

A great energy and dynamic approach to drive sales is a must!

Main responsibilities will be to run Product application trials on new products, development products and new markets, provide customer training, on site testing and evaluation of products, new product development  for butchers and large factories for new market generation, working with Food Technologist, technical advice to Butchers, implementation of QC , research on new markets for new business and analysing and reporting on sales leads.
