Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support production operations through accurate data capturing, reporting, and administrative control.

This role ensures that production information, job tracking, and documentation are accurately maintained, supporting efficient workflow and operational visibility across the production environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Capture and maintain production data, job cards, and system updates
Ensure accurate tracking of production orders and progress
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
Liaise with production, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure alignment
Ensure all production-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
Assist with scheduling and coordination of production activities
Monitor and report on production performance and variances
Maintain filing systems and ensure audit-ready documentation
Support general administrative functions within the production department

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing administration role
Strong experience working on ERP systems (Syspro advantageous)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
