SUMMARY:
DBN000208 – PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR (4 MONTH MATERNITY COVER – BALLITO

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure that all manufacturing orders are processed accurately and timely, assisting in the reporting of accurate financials and more effective stock controls.

Required Qualifications

Tertiary Education in a related field advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP B1
Must have Production OR Manufacturing industry experience

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Creation, capturing & closing of all production orders in SAP
Resolving all queries arising from production orders and stock related issues
Resolving stock queries before “report completing” the Bulk/FG productions
Assisting Finance Controller and Manager in the Quarterly stock take processing
Weekly review of open sales orders with the team leaders
Monthly review of released production orders, send open list to FM for review
