SUMMARY:
Join the Operations team to improve and manage the manufacturing processes for fiberglass poles. You''ll focus on production efficiency, quality, equipment performance, and continuous improvement.

POSITION INFO:

Production Engineer

Olifantsfontein Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities:

Optimise and improve production processes and workflow
Monitor production performance and ensure on-time output
Maintain and improve product quality; handle RCA and CAPA
Support equipment maintenance, installations, and upgrades
Track key metrics (OEE, waste, downtime, efficiency)
Work with R&D, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain
Train staff on processes and new technologies

Requirements:

Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Production/Chemical Engineering
3 years or more in manufacturing (composites/fiberglass ideal)
Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement experience
CAD and ERP/MRP proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001/14001, OSHA)
