You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to efficiency, safety, and long-term innovation.
Drive and optimise fiberglass manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, quality, and output. Analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee production schedules, support maintenance for optimal equipment performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate across R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain while leading root cause analysis and process enhancements.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing (fiberglass/composites preferred)
Strong experience in process optimisation, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, waste, downtime) and data analysis
Exposure to resin systems, curing processes, and quality standards (ISO advantageous)
