SUMMARY:
PRODUCTION / ESTIMATING MANAGER - EAST RAND

POSITION INFO:

A well established technical manufacturer is looking to employ a Production / Estimating Manager with industrial gearbox and gear manufacturing experience, to be based on the East Rand. 

Company is offering a competitive salary. 

• Qualified Fitter & Turner
• N6 Mechanical Engineering (advantageous) 
• A min of 10 years experience in an engineering workshop working on conventional turning and milling, CNC turning and milling, fittings, industrial gearboxes and assembling bearings etc
• Knowledge of heat treatment process and different types of steel 
• Must be able to read and create technical drawings 
• Experience in cost estimating for machine components, assembly and fitting 
• Basic procurement and logistics experience 
• Must have a valid drivers'' licence
