SUMMARY:
Leader in the food processing environment has an opportunity for a Production Manager to lead a team in the abattoir facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Production / Food Science.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities in the abattoir facility to meet production targets and quality standards.
Coordinate with various departments, including slaughter, processing, packaging, and maintenance, to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies throughout the production process.
