POSITION INFO:

Manufacturing concern based in Willowton is seeking an experienced Production Leader to join their dynamic team.

The responsibilities will be as follows:

• Maintain safety stock levels
• Ensure that production targets are met daily
• Drive machine uptime and recoveries per department
• Drive production efficiency and innovations
• Drive quality standards
• Expediting production requirements to meet varying sales demands
• Ensure departmental training and skills matrix is up-to-date
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to
• Quick response to any issues arising within the factory
• Maintain raw material and stock accuracy

Minimum requirements:

• Technical qualification (Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations or similar)
• MS Office (advanced in MS Excel)
• Prior experience in team leadership and shift management (Advantageous)
• Proven track record as a team player
