POSITION INFO:

Manufacturing concern based in Willowton is seeking an experienced Production Leader to join their dynamic team.

The responsibilities will be as follows:

Maintain safety stock levels
Ensure that production targets are met daily
Drive machine uptime and recoveries per department
Drive production efficiency and innovations
Drive quality standards
Expediting production requirements to meet varying sales demands
Ensure departmental training and skills matrix is up-to-date
Ensure health and safety is adhered to
Quick response to any issues arising within the factory
Maintain raw material and stock accuracy

Minimum requirements:

Technical qualification (Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations or similar)
MS Office (advanced in MS Excel)
Prior experience in team leadership and shift management (Advantageous)
Proven track record as a team player
