POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production planning and execution to meet targets and quality standards
• Lead and manage factory teams, including supervisors, machine operators, and general staff
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and quality teams to align production goals
• Monitor equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and downtime tracking
• Analyse production data and report on KPIs, output, and labour performance
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of production software systems and reporting tools
• A qualification in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field is advantageous
