Our client is a well-established organisation within the manufacturing industry, specialising in high-quality sheet metal production. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead their operations and ensure optimal efficiency across the production floor.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Relevant qualification in Production Management, Engineering, or related field (advantageous)
5 Years’ experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role
Experience within the sheet metal or metal fabrication industry is essential
Proven ability to implement process improvements and optimise production efficiency
Solid understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards
Basic computer literacy
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
