Exciting opportunity available!! Our well known client in the Agricultural industry is seeking to employ a Production Manager to join their team in Durban.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Manage and control production processes (planning, organising, coordinating, executing)
- Manage and optimize raw material stock levels (FIFO)
- Manage and control production quality assurance
- Create healthy high-performance teams
- Ensure GMP is maintained (daily)
- Optimise people, plant, machinery and equipment
- Responsible for wage budget
- Ensure Food, Health and Safety practices are adhered to

Job Requirements:

Relevant Diploma/Degree
- 4-5 years’ experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Must have own reliable transport
- Must be willing to work additional hours when operationally required
- Valid drivers’ license
