PRODUCTION MANAGER (FOOD / SAFETY)
KZN

POSITION INFO:
Our international client, an international high compliance cleaning solutions company, is seeking to employ a Senior Site Manager / Production / Operations Manager.
You will manage the Hygiene team and maintain positive work expectations at customer level. Ensure the Hygiene team delivers a food safe facility in line with company policy.
You will be responsible for Customer focus and interaction to drive a partnership
Compliance focus to ensure consistency
Financial focus on managing expenses within budget
Training interventions to prevent damages and maintain facilities, equipment and machinery
Business development by upsell on existing contracts by identifying clients’ needs
Creative and innovated thinker
Qualification & Exp:
Min 5 years exp within the Food production industry or Cleaning Industry (A MUST)
Relevant qualification in Food Technology / Health & Safety or Food Safety Management
Previous HR related matters
Experience on Total Quality Management system great advantage
Own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel
Good command of English
Logical thinking as well as strategic an organized
Ability to manage and delegate task
Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
