SUMMARY:
Join an FMCG team as a Production Manager in the Western Cape!

In this role, you will foster a safe and inclusive working environment, promoting a culture that meets world-class FMCG standards and supports the company’s SHE policy goals. You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders; enhancing confidence in the business’s manufacturing capabilities. You must be confident, resilient, and solutions-oriented. You will ensure that food safety and quality standards are consistently achieved and monitored, and contribute to meeting annual budget targets and KPIs.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum Degree or Advanced Diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Studies, or a related field. You must have at least 5 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing, including a minimum of 3 years in a production or operational leadership role.
