Requirements:
SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification
Full spectrum grain will be advantageous
4 years management experience
8 years experience in grain milling industry
Diploma in Food Technology or Engineering will be advantageous
Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance to housekeeping, OHS and ISO 22000 regulations
Identify, investigate and resolve causes of non-compliance and nonconformity
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects
Manage product quality by using proactive and collaborative approaches to delivering goods or services that will satisfy customer needs
Track and record production plans and forecasts as well as identifying and flagging potential risk factors
Lead the plant in work force planning, sourcing and talent development to foster a high performing team
Managing of milling staff by assigning, prioritizing and organizing tasks
