JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agriculture Industry is looking for a dynamic Production Operations Manager to join their team in Nelspruit

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

BSc Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a supervisory level in a manufacturing environment in the chemical or agricultural industries
Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to lead people and get results
Able to take responsibility and think ahead and plan
Must be able to organize multiple protocols/projects and complete on schedule
Able to strictly deploy and implement protocols and processes
Able to analyse and resolve problems at both a functional level
Requires prior supervisory experience
Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate strong customer orientation
Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
