POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Production Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Identifying bottlenecks in procurement and production processes, proposing effective solutions, and updating formal process documents and guides.
Optimizing the production process to minimize delays, waste, and costs.
Implementing formal processes in the ERP system and guiding lower-level development.
Optimizing stock levels based on sales forecasts.
Organizing and optimizing storage facilities.
Actively maintaining the production plan, identifying critical paths, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

Required Skills and Experience:

Industry experience in an electromechanical production environment.
Familiarity with an industry-standard ERP, ideally Odoo.

Recommended Skills and Experience:

2-3 years of experience in an electronic assembly production environment.
Familiarity with Python.

General Skills:

Ability to learn quickly and absorb new information.
Collaboration skills to work effectively in a team on large projects.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
