BUILDING AND CONTRUCTION INDUSTRY
NORTHERN SUBURBS, CAPE TOWN
SALARY: R42 000.00 - R62 000.00 (Slightly negotiable based on experience) + 4.5% PROVIDENT FUND

Weâre hiring a detail-driven Production Quantity Surveyor to manage financial and contractual aspects of infrastructure projects.

If youâre meticulous, deadline-focused, and confident with JBCC/NEC contracts, this role is built for impact!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Â Degree in Quantity Surveying
Professional registration with SACQSP
Minimum 3 yearsâ post-registration experience in a consulting QS firm
Strong working knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts
Experience in financial administration and project/programme management
Familiarity with CIDB, PROCSA, and consultant fee scales
Proven ability to manage payment certificates, fee claims, and contract instructions
High attention to detail, strong processing skills, and deadline discipline
