JOB SUMMARY:
Briardene. Solid production experience in a managerial / supervisory role secures Production Supervisor position. Will suit a natural born leader who is able to motivate and relate to staff, as well as delegate responsibilities to staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Supervising yard production and steel installation
Scheduling deliveries
Maintaining building, gantry, hoists, plant, and machinery
Keeping production records
Yard and site health and safety compliance
Troubleshoot maintenance issues
Liaison with Site Managers and Consulting Engineers

Requirements:

Forceful character with the ability to delegate
Able to motivate and relate to staff
Numerically literate
Able to make alternative arrangements
Resourceful and innovative, ability to contribute to ideas and suggestions
Proficiency in isiZulu an advantage
Ability to read engineering drawings an advantage
