JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with electronic / electrical products assembly processes.
Minimum 1 year team supervision experience within production operations.
BS or BA degree in job related field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent understanding of quality practices in production operations.
Working knowledge of production control and monitoring processes including CP and MES.
Experience from telecom and/or energy products is a merit.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for production procedures delivery in accordance with production plan, EHS and QA procedures and specifications.
Lead and instruct the production teams in delivery of production processes to conform with EHS, QA and Production KPI metrics.
Engagement and coordination of EHS & Training, QA, warehouse, maintenance, test and repair.
Ensure production start-up, continuous operations and shut down procedures are delivered according to processes.
Support delivery of EHS, training, warehouse and production engineering corrective actions plans.
Active participation in resolution of product and manufacturing quality and continuous improvement.
Support assembly workers competence assessment and development.
Ensure EHS, Security, MES & IMS policies and procedures compliance throughout the operations.
Feedback on design, procedures, and issues towards the NPI Engineer and Production Manager.
Ensure data accuracy and documents filing is maintained.
Support internal and external audits procedures.
