Our client in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Business (Tier 1), based in Port Elizabeth, is seeking to appoint Production Supervisors to their team.

The positions available:

BM (Automated) Assembly Line.
Platemaking Line.
TBS (Manual) Assembly Line.

Requirements:

Relevant production and supervisory experience required.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to delegate, lead and manage the team with confidence– including initiating the disciplinary process where necessary.
Someone who will take charge and accept accountability for the line and the team.
The ability to cope under pressure is non-negotiable, this is an ever-changing environment and the incumbent needs to be flexible and agile.
Sound communication skills.
High work ethic.
