SUMMARY:
We are on the lookout for a Production Technician to step into a technically challenging and highly rewarding role. This opportunity puts you at the forefront of advanced production equipment, where you’ll solve complex technical problems and play a hands-on part in driving efficiency and performance across a high-output manufacturing environment. As a key member of the team, you’ll keep operations running seamlessly, lead process improvements, and help foster a culture built on quality, reliability, and continuous innovation.

POSITION INFO:

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with a hands-on, practical approach
Proven ability to work independently, under pressure, and within tight deadlines
A logical problem-solver with keen attention to detail
Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate, with MES and SAP experience seen as an advantage
Flexible and committed, with a willingness to work shifts and provide standby support when needed

Skills & Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced production environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with a hands-on, practical approach
Proven ability to work independently, under pressure, and within tight deadlines
A logical problem-solver with keen attention to detail
Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate, with MES and SAP experience seen as an advantage
Flexible and committed, with a willingness to work shifts and provide standby support when needed

Qualification:
Millwright trade test
Valid driver's license.

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
