Production Pr.QS / Quantity Surveyor (Insurance Experience)

Job Purpose
Seeking an experienced Production Pr.QS or Quantity Surveyor with insurance industry exposure to manage costing, claims, valuations, and commercial aspects of construction and insurance-related projects.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, valuations, and project cost reports
- Manage insurance-related claims, assessments, and project costing
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control processes
- Liaise with clients, insurers, contractors, and project teams
- Review contracts and ensure commercial compliance
- Conduct site visits and assist with project evaluations
- Support tendering and procurement processes
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
- Pr.QS registration advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying
- Experience within insurance-related construction projects essential
- Strong understanding of costing, claims, and contract administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software
- Valid driver’s license
