Professional Civil Engineer / Technologist

SUMMARY:
Company based in Polokwane seeks to appoint x2 experienced Civil Engineer's / Technologists to start Immediately.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• BEng, Bsc or BTech degree in Civil Engineering (NQF Level 7)
• To be professionally registered with ECSA as a professional engineer or technologist
• Be creative and have at least a min of 5 years working experience in civil or structural engineering related works

• Will be responsible for planning, design, monitoring and reporting of related infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and quality standards and ability to effectively advise clients where requires
• Experience in project management
• Report writing skills
• Efficient use of civil and structural engineering design software

• Attending clients projects brief and assist with preparation of project specifications
• Assist with preparation of feasibility studies and technical reports
• Prepare designs and drawings for civil / structural engineering works
• Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Arrange all required projects meetings and prepare minutes and progress reports
• Monitor and advice contractors and resident engineers on site
• Programme and project management
