Professional Construction Manager PrCM required for a civil & building contract in the Richards Bay area. Only open for BEE Applications

POSITION INFO:

Must be Registered as a Professional Construction Manager with SACPCMP

Main duties shall include the following:

• Project planning with subordinates
• Responsible for commercial performance in conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor for the respective project.
• Attend monthly cost review with the Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Contractual requirements, notifications and claims
• Ensure administration functions are implemented as per the company’s procedures
• Partnering with the employer and their agents
• Monthly progress updates and reports for site meetings
• Ensure the Company meetings are attended and chaired affectively
• Management and monitor sub-contractor performance
• Service coordination meetings with various disciplines
• Control of resources needed to execute the work
• Co-ordinate and management of site operations and various stakeholders

Our Client will be working on a Fitness Facility in the Richards Bay area. Our Client was established in 2007 and are servicing the commercial, industrial and residential markets of South Africa. They offer a range of engineering and contracting services that include civil and building construction, roadworks and earthworks.
