POSITION INFO:

Professional Quantity Surveyor required for a reputable company based in Centurion , Gauteng

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Valid SACQSP Registration & Good Standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Senior Consultant / Client QS position held in pa private SA firm for a minimum of 5 years.
Commercial & industrial use greenfield, refurbishment & construction projects.
Principal agency and project management.
Directorship & Business administration.
Professional multi disciplinary team management.
Building contract administration.

Responsibilities:

Directorship of new small to medium multi disciplinary professional practice in-house to a large property portfolio.
All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a Principal PQS from inception to completion & FM handover.
Multi-discipline project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager.
Principle agency and project management with value and programme management.
Budget and life cycle planning & implementation
