POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a professional structural engineer to join their team at their Cape Town branch

Qualifications

BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering, MSC advantageous
ECSA registration as a professional engineer.

Minimum Requirements and Experience (But not limited to):

Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience
Experience in Bridges/Stadiums etc.
Project Management Skills.
Structural Design
Quality control in accordance with a quality management system
Site monitoring
Project communication (report writing, minutes, maintaining project communications within the professional team)
Project cost management
Comprehensive knowledge of structural aspects of building regulations and relevant design codes
Awareness of contractual aspects of projects
Experience in the following industries/areas: Industrial, Commercial, Residential buildings and developments.
