POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead, coordinate, implement, and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to high-quality standards and complying with all necessary regulations.
Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed project plan outlining stages of construction, resources required, budget, and timelines.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.

Prepare and present regular project reports, proposals, status reports, etc.

Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with contractual conditions and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Extensive experience in managing budgets, project plans, and resources.

Knowledge of construction laws, health & safety regulations, and building codes.
