POSITION INFO:

Role Output: Full cycle support of programmes (NQF level 5, 6 and 7) at a reputable business School

Main duties and responsibilities

• Meet with programme managers to build a comprehensive checklist for the programme
• Prepare programme logistics arrangements including printing and compiling course packs, venue and travel bookings etc. (refer to checklist)
• Communicate programme requirements and changes timeously to all relevant stakeholders, including delegates, faculty and operations
• Ensure venue arrangements are in order, including seating plans, equipment, catering arrangements, course packs, etc.
• Upload approved course content to relevant systems
• Allocate student numbers to all programme delegates
• Check that all documents are in order (student file and programme file)
• Build and support effective relationships with all key stakeholders to facilitate organisational effectiveness
• Proactively communicate and share information and encourage discussion and debate
• Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
• Provides appropriate resolutions for tasks or deadlines not met in discussions with programme manager
• Supports the programme manager/s in achieving programme delivery excellence

Experience and Qualifications -NON-NEGOTIABLES

• Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF level 5 Min)
• 2 years’ exp in admin and coordination role in the Higher Education Sector-Academics
