Role Purpose

Work with all other key MBA stakeholders to play a key role in a high-performing team that develops and improves the quality of the student support and overall experience in the MBA programme.

Support the consistent and integrated delivery of the MBA programme to ensure high-quality programme delivery and a positive experience for all students during and post-studies.

Full time, permanent position

Salary: R417 656  to R511 200

Willingness to work weekends and evenings

Overview of Duties and responsibilities

• Enable a productive flow and understanding of information across the team and MBA cohorts.
• constantly monitor and evaluate the flow of information between key stakeholders, ensuring the information is utilisable, relevant, and successful in its message to intended recipients.
• Build relationships with students on a deep level, assisting them through the MBA journey and beyond
• Support, maintain and provide:
  • consistent, accurate and branded learning and workshop materials and appropriate programme documentation to students, both in electronic and paper form.
  • the planning and coordinated administration of workshops and support to students attending workshops, whether virtual, online or face-to-face
  • the online learning areas of specific intakes through virtual learning environment: Blackboard/Canvas.
  • re-registrations and transfer of students through stages as well as updating of demographic info on RISIS.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Appropriate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification NQF7
• 3-5 years’ experience in a learning Programme Management and co-ordination role at a Higher Education Institution. Business School highly preferred
• Current or recent People Management experience is required

Skills and knowledge:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
• Confidence in being able to successfully build and develop professional relationships.
