End-to-end payments and collections, including the implementation of digital payment solutions

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an accomplished Programme Manager with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within the financial services and insurance sectors. Demonstrates deep domain expertise in end-to-end payments and collections, including the implementation of digital payment solutions, optimization of collections strategies, regulatory compliance, and integration with core insurance and policy administration systems. Adept at driving transformation through strong stakeholder engagement, agile delivery practices, and strategic vendor management. Proven ability to align business objectives with technology roadmaps to deliver sustainable value and operational efficiency. Highly skilled in risk management, governance, and reporting across large-scale, multi-stream programmes.
