SUMMARY:
Project Administrator – Howick

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a responsible, dedicated individual to join their company in Howick

Responsibilities:

  • Drive key project related work to conclusion in the commercial space for the company, as well as support operational activities in the marketing and sales arena
  • Project manage key marketing and commercial activities
  • Managing outsourced marketing requirements and selected trade marketing functions
  • Ensuring assigned projects are attended to timeously and within budget
  • Responsible for preparation and tracking of project plans
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder’s expectations are met

Requirements:
  • Project-related qualification (degree or diploma)
  • 3-years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Conscientious team player
  • Willingness to travel with own reliable vehicle
  • Time management and ability to finish tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships both verbally and on paper.
  • Strong use of English grammar and spelling essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Budgeting savvy
