POSITION INFO:

This role would entail providing secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Manager.Â Â Our client is looking for a highly organised and pro-active individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in a secretarial role.Â Requirements would be as follows:

NQF Level 6 - National Diploma: Business Administration or equivalent
Formal training in advanced MS Excel and MS Word
Must have PA / Secretarial experience, providing support at a senior management level
Project and general administration skills
Experience in taking minutes of meetings

Duties would include:

Facilitating travel arrangements
Arranging client project meetings
Capturing expense claims
Documentation management
Taking minutes of meetings
Booking training events
