SUMMARY:
Project Controls Manager - KZN-Negotiable - R 50,000 â€“ R70,000 per month CTC

POSITION INFO:

The Project Controls Manager is accountable to develop, progress and forecast all phases of the project costs, project schedule/plan, and project contract using the most current industry practices and software. This position provides overall leadership for cost, schedule, planning functions on multiple projects. Integrate all project functions engineering, procurement, schedule, cost, technical & construction disciplines for seamless reporting to ensure effective Capital Project Delivery.

Requirements:

BS Degree in Engineering or related technical field
PMI, AACEI or other industry certifications
Project Management experience / Controls professional on capital projects
Water, Wastewater & Water Recovery experience
Projects services & cost engineering concepts
Project initiation, planning execution, monitoring, controlling & closeout
Strong analytical & computer skills (engineering packages)
Development of enterprise costing and cost management tools
