An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Project Development & Project Portfolio Manager to join a high-performing team. Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development of large-scale infrastructure and energy initiatives—taking projects from concept through to financial close, while expertly managing a diverse portfolio and aligning it with long-term investment goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is confident managing cross-functional teams, negotiating complex contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance at every turn. With strong stakeholder management and financial structuring experience, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the project portfolio.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in infrastructure or energy project development and portfolio management
• Expertise in project finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Strong background in PPPs, IPPs, and large-scale infrastructure delivery
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and negotiate key agreements (PPAs, EPCs, O&M contracts)
• Excellent financial modelling and scenario analysis capabilities
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
