SUMMARY:
Are you a mechanically inclined Project Engineer with a passion for delivering turnkey engineering solutions? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading global player in mineral sizing and materials handling equipment. POSITION INFO:
As a Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle – from concept design through to commissioning. You’ll be working on custom-engineered solutions for clients in the mining industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects from initial brief through to final handover
Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and manufacturing teams
Interface directly with clients to understand project requirements
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures
Prepare technical documentation and progress reports
Conduct site visits and provide on-site technical support when required

Requirements

BEng in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years’ experience in project engineering within the mining, materials handling, or heavy industrial sectors
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment manufacturing
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel for site work when required
