Please note this position is based in the Middle East. Relocation Costs will be covered.

Provide operational excellence support across all production operations (Onshore and Offshore). Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of oil, gas, water, and marine facilities through compliance monitoring, operational assessments, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.

Experience

10+ years preferred in Oil & Gas production operations (Onshore and Offshore).

Technical Knowledge

Treatment/desalination.
Gas processing.
Pipelines.
Water terminal & marine.

Standards & Systems

Integrity.
Safety with OE elements (PDCA) management.
Asset management.

Preferred Exposure

Root cause analysis (RCA).
Energy efficiency.
HSE compliance.

Competencies Technical Knowledge

Operations monitoring of oil, gas, water, and marine production.

Analytical Skills

Ability to work across production, troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem-solving.

Communication

Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
