SUMMARY:
Are you ready to lead high-value HVAC projects while driving new business growth? We’re seeking a proactive HVAC Project Manager & Sales Engineer who excels in a dynamic, hands-on environment. This role blends technical project execution with client engagement—overseeing projects from tender and design through installation, commissioning, and final handover. POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Compile accurate and competitive HVAC quotations for commercial, industrial, and residential clients
Manage the full tender process from enquiry through to submission and award
Develop HVAC designs in accordance with industry standards and best practice guidelines
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including procurement of materials, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, commissioning, and handover—ensuring quality delivery and cost control
Work closely with Procurement and Stores to minimise supply chain delays and maintain optimal stock levels
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and compliant with required regulations
Take complete responsibility for site operations, ranging from single-unit installations to large, multi-million-rand projects

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the HVAC industry
Confident in designing, reading and interpreting building drawings and HVAC design layouts
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from planning to completion
Commercially driven with strong sales ability and a client-focused mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approach
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport essential

Qualification:

Matric
N5/N6 minimum qualification (University Degree Highly Advantageous)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
