SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a major water treatment plant project. From design through to commissioning and close-out, you’ll be responsible for driving safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery under NEC contract conditions.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Develop charters, scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Oversee contract and commercial management under NEC framework.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Manage client and stakeholder communication.
Drive proactive risk management, procurement scheduling, and cash flow control.
Deliver successful close-out including commissioning, documentation, and invoicing.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Professional registration (ECSA) and/or PMP certification an advantage.
10+ years’ experience leading large-scale EPC projects in water treatment.
Proven track record with NEC contracts.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Office, and project control tools.
