Project Manager (12 Months)

SUMMARY:
This multinational Civil and Consulting Engineering company is seeking an exceptional Project Manager with extensive knowledge of all phases of construction operations to be based on a project in Richards Bay.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications/Professional Affiliation:

• Matric
• Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma preferably in Project Management
• SACPCMP/PMP registration will be an added advantage

Requirements and Experience:

• 5 - 10 years'' experience in a similar position and industry
• Excellent knowledge regarding NEC Contracts
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, construction procedures and maintenance practices, and all engineering disciplines
• Ensure all required permits and documentation is obtained before construction activities commence
• Ensure all project deadlines are adhered to by liaising with the project teams, designers, procurement, planing and other departments
• Liaise with all relevant contractors, engineers and client to ensure the project is meeting all timeline, budget and safety requirements
• Relevant EPCM construction environment experience
