The Company:
Our client is a Centurion-based engineering firm specialising in sustainable solutions such as off-gas treatment, dust control, and waste energy recovery. Serving industries like metals, minerals, oil & gas, and energy, they design specialised plants and environmental technologies. A recently established subsidiary produces sustainable aviation fuel and other fuels from bio- and industrial waste gas streams.

We are a fast-growing EPC powerhouse looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to drive high-impact projects while optimizing best practices in project execution.

POSITION INFO:

Your Role in the Big Picture:

â Own the Project Lifecycle â Lead end-to-end EPC project execution with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
â Raise the Bar â Identify gaps in project management processes and implement industry best practices.
â Drive Collaboration â Engage with clients, engineers, suppliers, and contractors for seamless execution.
â Mitigate Risks â Proactively assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance.
â Lead & Inspire â Mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
â Deliver Insights â Set up performance dashboards and reports for smarter decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed:

ð Education & Certification:
â Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, CPM, or equivalent) â Essential
â Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field â Advantageous
ð¼ Experience:
â 5â10 years of EPC project management experience
â Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget & quality standards
â Expertise in contract management, risk management & stakeholder engagement
â Strong background in process improvement & project methodologies
â Experience in fast-growing or evolving environments is a plus
ð Key Skills:
â Leadership & Change Management
â Process Optimization & Problem-Solving
â Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
â Excellent communication & negotiation skills
